Yolanda Lang, 62, of Toms River, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 16, 2024 at Cooper University Medical Center, Camden.
Born in Trenton, she was a longtime area resident, most recently residing in Toms River.
A hair stylist at JC Penney in the Quakerbridge Mall for 30 years, Yolanda would style all of her family members and friends’ hair for special occasions like proms and weddings. Along with her late husband Tim, they owned and operated Bliz’s Tavern, in Hamilton. In her spare time, she enjoyed time at the beach, going out on her pontoon boat and reading. Yolanda and Tim enjoyed going to NASCAR races, vacationing in the Poconos and going to the boardwalk with family. She had a very generous spirit, and loved her cat, Little Lady.
Predeceased by her parents, Richard Lang, Sr. and Viola Jean Lindberg ;her brother, Richard Lang, Jr.; and her beloved husband, Timothy J. Bliznawicz, who passed in January of 2022; she is survived by her niece, Rachel McCarthy; her stepdaughter and son-in-law, Lauren and Chris Papero; grandchildren, Christopher and Alana Papero; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Thomas A. and Alice Bliznawicz; close friends, Marissa Nami, and Lindsay and Chris Franicevich; as well as many cousins, other relatives and many dear friends.
All services are private and at the convenience of the family, under the direction of the Buklad-Merlino Memorial Homes, Hamilton.

So sorry to hear of Yolanda's passing. She was a sweetheart and I enjoyed many conversations with her at Bliz's over the years. I think that she missed Tim too much and needed to join him. May she rest in peace. My sincere condolences.
