Wing Chor Lee, 67, son of Zhen Sheng Li and Ai Mei Li, was born and raised in a small village in Guangdong, China. In his early twenties, he left Guangdong and traveled to Hong Kong to seek better opportunities. From there, he immigrated to the United States in the 1970’s, California specifically. Wing and his wife later moved to New Jersey, where they started a family and owned/operated a successful Chinese restaurant from the late 80’s to the mid-90’s. Afterwards, he worked at The Hilton Casino as a chef for a number of years. In his retirement, he enjoyed devoting his time to his loving wife and family. He was an avid basketball fan who took joy in watching sports, listening to Chinese music, and making his friends and family laugh. He was a kind and good-hearted man who put others before himself.
