Walter C. Morgan, 92, of Hamilton, passed away peacefully, Thursday, January 20, 2022 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Hamilton.
Born in Trenton, NJ he was a lifelong area resident. Walt was an honorably discharged US Navy Veteran having served during the Korean War. He worked at American Standard and retired after many years of service.
Predeceased by his parents, Steven G. and Lena (Rhodes) Morgan, and his beloved wife of 69 years who passed away in July of 2021, Lillian B. Morgan; he is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, James (Janet) Morgan, Richard (Deborah) Morgan, and Robert Morgan; daughter, Christine Agnew; sister-in-law, Joan Aversano; grandchildren, Lauren (Steve) Stanton, Amy Morgan, Kaitlynn (John) Smolarek and Kendall Rose Morgan; 8 great grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 26, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m at the Buklad-Merlino Memorial Home, 2141 South Broad Street, Hamilton, with a Prayer service at 1:30 p.m. with local clergy officiating.
Burial will honors will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to an Animal Shelter of the donor’s choice.
