Peter H. Chrzempiec, 74, of Hamilton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at home surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Germany, he came to the USA at the at the age of 10 months old and was a lifelong Trenton/Hamilton area resident. Peter was employed with General Motors for 21 years. In his spare time, he enjoyed working on cars, bowling and a weekly Bingo game. Whenever any of his family or friends needed a ride, he would gladly drive them anywhere they needed to go.
Predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Wanda (Kurowski) Chrzempiec; his son, Mark Chrzempiec; brother, Genevie Chrzempiec; sister-in-law, Jill Saxton; and mother-in-law, Beatrice Pope; he is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years, Patricia (Iraca) Chrzempiec; 4 children, Pamela Chrzempiec and husband, Angel Pagan; Joseph J. Chrzempiec and wife, Mary; Peter Chrzempiec and wife Melena; and Matthew C. Chrzempiec and wife Rose; his brother, John J. Chrzempiec; 11 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
A gathering for family and friends will be held on Friday, October 25, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Memorial Homes, 2141 South Broad Street, Hamilton.
Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
