Nicoletta M. DeBonis, 94, of Hamilton, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at home surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Trenton, NJ she was a lifelong area resident. She loved Jeopardy, puzzles, playing cards, reading, and was an avid NY Yankees fan. Nicoletta had a beautiful singing voice and was an excellent cook. Most of all she loved her family and the time spent together. She would show them her love through the meals she cooked for them, her love being the special ingredient in all of the dishes she prepared.
Predeceased by her parents, Salvatore and Rose (Spilanca) Sperrazza; her husband Frank DeBonis; brothers, Peter Scalia and Nate Sperrazza; and sister Jennifer Menichelli; she is survived by her children, Barbara DeBonis, Carole Carr and Robert Harcar, Daniel DeBonis and wife Helen, and Donna Bennett and husband Gary; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Paul and Rita Woolverton; 5 grandchildren, Erin and Andre Salzano, Carl and Maki Langan, Gary Bennett, Kristen and Steve Brunozzi, and Brian and Kara DeBonis; 8 great grandchildren, Logan, Victoria, Lui, Ren, Elisa, Ella, Daniella, and Dominic; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and close friends.
Funeral services were held privately under the direction of the Buklad-Merlino Yardville Memorial Home.
A Celebration of her life will be announced at a later date.
