Lawrence N. Martin, III, 74, of Hamilton, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.
Born in Trenton and raised in Morrisville, PA, he lived in Morrisville for many years until moving back to NJ, residing in Hamilton for the past 30 years. Larry was an honorably discharged U.S. Marine Corp. veteran who spent 2 tours in Vietnam proudly defending his country. He was employed with American Standard and retired after more than 25 years of service. In his spare time, he enjoyed video games and word search puzzles. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially grandchildren.
Predeceased by his parents, Lawrence N. Martin, II and Leona Rigby Martin, and his wife, Diane Martin; he is survived by his sons, Joseph Martin, and Christopher Martin and his wife Christa; his siblings, Lee Furente and husband Butch, William Martin and wife Cathy, and Marilee Olsen and husband William; grandchildren, Joseph Martin, Jeremy Martin, Matthew Martin and wife Riley Rue, Melodi Martin, Corey Martin and fiancé Jennifer Blosser, Morgane Martin and fiancé Max Gailey, and Gabriel Martin and girlfriend, Tori Pender; his beloved dog Ruby Lee; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Lou and Carol Biriki; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, March 30, 2023 from
6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Memorial Home, 2141 South Broad Street, Hamilton.
A Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held on Friday, March 31, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at the Brig. General Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Provinceline Road, 08562.
Please arrive NO LATER THAN 10:15 a.m. at the cemetery.
There will be no services Friday at the funeral home.
