Kenneth W. Andreas, 73, of Hamilton, passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton.
Born and raised in Ewing Township, NJ he was a resident of Hamilton for more than 40 years.
He was employed as a machinist with Princeton University, retiring after 35 years of service. Ken loved everything about car racing and built race engines and parts for and many types of race cars. He was very well known locally and throughout the country for his talent of building micro sprint engines. Ken loved spending time at the shore, boating and visiting family and friends. He and his longtime friends had an annual poker game that they continued every Super Bowl Sunday.
Predeceased by his parents, William and Lillian (Creager) Andreas; his sister, Bonnie Kramarz, and his beloved wife, Janet Andreas; he is survived by his son, Kenneth R. Andreas and his partner, April Seifert; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
Visitation for family and friends will be held Sunday, June 9, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Memorial Homes, 2141 South Broad Street, Hamilton.
Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
