Joseph G. Cegledi, III, 78, of Hamilton, passed away peacefully Saturday, February 19, 2022 at home surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Trenton, he was a longtime area resident. Joe was an honorably discharged Navy Veteran having served during the Vietnam War. He was employed with 3M in Belle Meade and retired after more than 35 years of service. He was a huge NASCAR fan, enjoyed trips to the Pocono’s, and picnics with his friends. Most of all he loved spending time with and watching his grandson play baseball.
Predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Marjorie (Swartz) Cegledi, brother, John Cegledi, and sister Sandra Callahan; he is survived by his daughter, Joey Cegledi-Willever and her husband Donald Willever; beloved grandson Ethan Joseph Willever; Joey’s sister Gabrielle Gusz; sister and brother-in-law, Beverly and Jerry Zemcik; brother-in-law, Robert Callahan; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
Visitation for family and friends will be held Monday, February 28, 2022 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Yardville Memorial Home, 30 Yardville-Allentown Road, Yardville.
Burial will follow at a later date privately at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, North Hanover Twp., Hamilton.
In lieu of flowers, donation may be made directly to Joey Cegledi-Willever f
or Joe’s grandson Ethan’s education.

jojo , girl im sorry to hear your dad passed! i know everyone who knew him will always see or hear something that will bring up a fun memory of him thruout the rest of our lives NOW THAT IS in loving memories- if we could all be so lucky..so dont get to down - just look up & around you and he will be forever there one way or another!!
