May 28, 1968 - February 26, 2025

John Peter Bracoloni, Jr., 56, of West Windsor, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 in Penn Medicine Princeton Healthcare Center, Plainsboro.
“Jay," as he was lovingly known by family and friends, was born and raised in the Trenton area. He spent the past four years residing in the warm and welcoming community of Project Freedom in West Windsor and attended Mercer County Special Services School.
Jay had the kindest heart and an endless love for his family, who meant the world to him. He found immense joy in sharing meals and had a deep appreciation for good food. His fascination with anything that had a loud motor, especially boats, hot rods, trains, and planes, brought him so much happiness. His unique talent for mimicking the sounds of their engines never failed to bring smiles to those around him.
Jay’s warmth, joy, and gentle spirit will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Predeceased by his parents, John P. Bracoloni, Sr. and Dorothy (Blakeslee) Bracoloni; he is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Karen and Keith Ezzo; 2 nephews, Kristoffer (Ashley) Ezzo and Kevyn (Megan) Ezzo; a great nephew, Michael Ezzo; and an Aunt Nancy Bracoloni; as well as many other relatives and dear friends.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at 11:00 at Our Lady of Sorrow Church, 3816 East State Street Ext., Hamilton, NJ 08619.
Visitation for family and friends will be held from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the Church.
