Irene Romandina, 87, of Hamilton, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 21, 2022, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Hamilton.
Born in Trenton, NJ she was a lifelong area resident. She worked in the Budgeting and Accounting office for the State of New Jersey for several years. Irene was a wonderful wife and mother who loved to take care of her family. She was a very creative, artistic woman who enjoyed shopping, gardening and flowers, and was also an avid reader.
Predeceased by her parents, Andrew and Rose (Berta) Gabor, her brother Andrew Gabor, and her daughter Karen Romandina;
she is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 68 years, Frank Romandina.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, March 25, 2022 from
9:00 a.m.- 10:30 a.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Memorial Home, 2141 South Broad Street, Hamilton.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Church,
555 Yardville-Allentown Road, Yardville.
Burial will follow in St. Stephen’s Cemetery, Hamilton.
