Harry J. Bartolomei

October 7, 1941 - April 21, 2022


Harry J. Bartolomei, 80, of Yardville, passed away peacefully, on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at Spring Hills Acute Care in Hamilton surrounded by his loving family.


Born October 7, 1941 in Trenton, NJ he was a longtime area resident. He grew up in Trenton, graduated from Trenton Central High School and attended Mercer County Community College.


He was an honorably discharged US Army Veteran, who served and was deployed to Vietnam. After many years of service, Harry

retired from De Laval Turbine. In his spare time, he volunteered at the Hamilton Senior Center. He enjoyed horse racing, bingo, bowling, and traveling with his family and friends. But most of all Harry loved his family, and his dogs. He was a loving husband, father, friend, and neighbor who will be dearly missed.


Predeceased by his parents, Harry F. and Jennie (Ciavatta) Bartolomei; he is survived by the love of his life, wife of over 50 years, Virginia A. (Parent) Bartolomei; son, Harry J. Bartolomei, Jr. of Boston, MA; as well as many cousins, dear friends and good neighbors.


Visitation for family and friends will be held Wednesday, April 27, 2022 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.


Funeral services will be held 11:30 a.m, at the Buklad-Merlino Yardville Memorial Home, 30 Yardville-Allentown Road, Yardville, with local clergy officiating .


Burial with honors will follow in the Brig. General Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery,

North Hanover Twp., NJ.
