Frances “Sis” A. Fletcher, 87, of Southampton, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 of COVID. Born in Trenton, NJ, she retired from New Jersey Bell Telephone after 25 years.
Predeceased by her parents Leila (Morton) and John McGlynn, husband, Don A. Fletcher, son-in-law Mike Greenwald, siblings Jack McGlynn and Arlene Sinkiewicz, and brother-in-law, Thomas Tumillo. She is survived by her three daughters, Patricia Greenwald, with whom she resided, Donna Fletcher-Lugo and her husband John Lugo of Hamilton Township, NJ, and Brenda Erbe and her husband Bill of Ringoes, NJ; four grandchildren, Matthew Erbe, Michael Erbe, Matthew Lugo and Zachary Lugo; a brother, Edward (Edith) McGlynn of North Las Vegas, NV; a sister, Lorna Tumillo, with whom she also resided, and several nieces and nephews.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was adored by her grandchildren and loved spending time with her family. She especially enjoyed camping with her grandchildren.
At the family’s request, entombment services will be private at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Provinceline Road, Wrightstown, NJ 08562.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105
