Elizabeth A. Slocum, 77, of Hamilton, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2020 at Homestead in Hamilton.
Born in Trenton, NJ, she was a lifelong area resident who graduated from Hamilton High West
Elizabeth was a Registered Nurse who worked for many years for various local Drs. offices as well as Helene Fuld Medical Center. She enjoyed traveling with her late husband Charles, helping people and volunteering, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren at the beach.
Predeceased by her parents, Vincent K. and Elizabeth (Hollingsworth) Ezzo; and her husband, Charles Slocum; she is survived by her daughter, Leslie and John Vizzini, and Renee and Chris Kucowski; her brother, Vincent K. Ezzo Jr. and his wife Loretta Stubits; her sister, Jo Ann Decillis; two grandchildren, John and Danny Vizzini; nieces and nephews, Joe (Joann) Pellitteri , Stacy (Fred) Bitonti, Gena (Dan) Graziano, Keith (Karen) Ezzo and Ken (Lori) Ezzo III as well as many great nieces and great nephews, cousins and other relatives.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 11:00am, at the Buklad-Merlino Yardville Memorial Chapel, 30 Yardville-Allentown Road, Yardville, NJ 08620. Visiting hours for family and friends will be from 9:00am-11:00am at the Yardville Chapel. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Hamilton. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Pearson Memorial United Methodist Church in Betty Ann’s honor.
