Edward Dziewa, 65, of Ewing Township, passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at Capital Health Systems at Hopewell Campus, surrounded by his loving family.
Born and raised in Trenton, he resided in Morrisville for several years before moving to Ewing Township where he resided for the past 33 years. Ed worked for the Township of Ewing in the Road Department and the Recreation Department, retiring with over 30 years of service. In his spare time, he enjoyed antiquing and restoring of antiques, rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles, trips to the Jersey Shore, and most of all spending time with his family, especially all of his grandchildren.
Son of the late Edward and Doris Altenburger Dziewa, brother of the late Joseph Dziewa, he is survived by his wife Cynthia (Landman) Dziewa of 39 years; his two daughters and sons-in-law, Jennifer and Justin Schaller, and Christine and Patrick Scarangella; his three grandchildren, Joel and Tristan Phillips, and Shane Klemovitch; as well as many other relatives and close friends.
Relatives and friends may attend a visitation on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Memorial Home, 2141 South Broad Street in Hamilton.
A Catholic prayer service will be held 1 p.m. at the memorial home with local clergy officiating.
Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.

I'm so very sorry to know this. Edward was our across-the-street neighbor in Ewing for many years and we had a friendly relationship. There is a close family connection, too: He was grandfather to my own two great-grandsons. I know he'll be missed by many and I extend sincere sympathy to those who loved him.
