Donna Lynn Basenko

September 4, 1966 - September 18, 2024


Donna Lynn Basenko, 58, of Browns Mills, NJ passed away suddenly Wednesday, September 18, 2024. She went on to join her loving husband of more than 38 years John who passed away in June of 2024. They loved each other until the very end.

 

She was a kindhearted , friendly, loving, funny woman who was very hard working and loved everyone.  She was employed at Di Donato Beauty Supply with Buddy, Maxium and Catholic Charities for many years.  She enjoyed playing rummy and song quiz with Tiffany and April and watching Korean and Japanese Soap Operas. She will always love her boys.

 

Predeceased by her loving husband John Basenko; dad Larry, mom Victoria Jean and stepdad Dave; she is survived by her daughters, Tiffany, April, Brandie and Dominique; sons Josh and Chris; siblings, Pat and Mere, Chris, Gina and Raymond, Jeanie, Sarah and Danny, and Kevin, Bubba and Bobby, Jr.; nieces and nephews, Dominik, Patrick, Angelina, William, Zander, Lucian Harley, Corie, EJ, Braydon, Nicky, Amber, Ava, Owen, Christopher, Kayla, Christopher Jr., god-daughter Mimi, god-son Kenny; and her best friend Marci.

 

A gathering for family and friends will be held Friday, September 27, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Merlino Homes, 2141 South Broad Street, Hamilton, NJ 08610.

Rest in peace Donna, you will be missed. You were always there whenever I needed to talk, never went a few days without checking in.. I will miss your kindness, warmth and humor. Sending our deepest condolences, and keeping your family in our prayers.

Rest in Peace Donna!....I'm going to missed you forever....but the memory of our friendship will last forever....those wonderful moments we share together...your smile and laughter and the way your eyes twinkle...l'll never forget how much you supported me when I needed comfort, you were always there...seeing you again a few months back brought a lot of joy in my heart...what a happy time we had for those moments which was special to me....Love you always.
