Dolores Dillon, 92, of Trenton, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 23, 2021 at St. Francis Medical Center,
in Trenton.
Born in Trenton, NJ she was a lifelong area resident. In her younger days, and during WWII, Dolores worked for General Motors as a welder. She also worked for Circle F Industries, and the County of Mercer, being assigned to the Sam Naples Senior Center and the Lawrenceville Senior Center. She enjoyed painting on canvas, sculpting, cooking, and especially going to Bingo at St. Raphael’s Church on Friday nights.
Predeceased by her parents, and her husband John J. Dillon; she is survived by her children, John P. Dillon with whom she resided, Mark M. Dillon and Sharon Dillon;
2 sisters, Irene Amberg and Tootsie Frascella; as well as other relatives and dear friends.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 from 9:30-11:00 a.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Memorial Home, 2141 South Broad Street, Hamilton. A prayer service will begin
at 11:00 a.m. with local Clergy officiating.
Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
