Constance J. Gore

December 13, 1927 - July 12, 2019

Constance J. Gore, 91, of Hamilton, born on December 13, 1927 in Trenton, NJ went to join the love her life on July 12, 2019, her husband Bill who passed in 1999.


Born and raised in Trenton, Connie was a graduate of St. Mary’s Cathedral High School and St. Francis School of Nursing. She also worked for many years at St. Francis Medical Center as a Registered Nurse. Connie was a longtime parishioner of St. Anthony’s Church, she and her late husband were associated with many different church organizations through the years. A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.


Daughter of the late Sarah Firth Lenius and Conrad Lenius, stepdaughter of the late Isabelle Lenius, wife of the late William F. Gore, sister of the late Mildred Lizzano and Harry Harris, she is survived by her children and their spouses, Rita and David Potash, Stephen and Sharon Gore, Christina and Joseph Catalfamo, Jeffrey and Eileen Gore, and Timothy and Catherine Gore; her grandchildren and their spouses, Christopher and Jennifer Potash, Jillian and Mark Pienciak, Matthew and Julie Gore, Kimberley and Dan Setterstrom, Danielle and Luke Butts, Brooke Catalfamo, Kelsey Gore, and Sarah Gore; two step grandchildren, Matthew and Isabelle Banna; great grandchildren, Drew, Avalyn, Mark, Gavin, Riley, Lucas, and Hannah; and several nieces and nephews.


The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Arcadia Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for their loving care and support.


Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Wednesday morning, July 17, 2019 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at St. Anthony’s Church, 626 South Olden Avenue, Trenton, NJ 08629. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. at the church. Burial will be private.


In lieu of flowers and due to cemetery regulations donations can be made to ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or because of her love for animals, an animal shelter of the donor’s choice.


Arrangements are under the direction of the Buklad Memorial Home, 2141 South Broad Street in Hamilton.
