Carole Lillian Cintron, 71, of Trenton, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 17, 2023 Serenity Hospice Unit at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Hamilton.
Born in Hamilton Twp., NJ, she was a lifelong area resident. Carole was a dedicated proud mom and homemaker who loved nothing more than to care for her family. For more than 20 years she did in-home daycare and helped raise countless children. She would show her “Irish Pride” any chance she could with numerous shamrock and Irish decorations. Carole loved knickknacks, and her home showcased her ever growing collection. Some of her favorites were the elephants, bald eagles, and Lenox. She also enjoyed Country music and the Oldies.
Predeceased by her parents, Albert and Jean (Shapiro) Crawley; her beloved husband of 51 years, Jose Ramon Cintron, who passed away in April; and her daughter Kelly Cintron; she is survived her daughters, Stacy Cintron and husband Greg Hollo, and Holly Cintron and wife Nicole LaRosee; brothers, Albert Crawley and wife Angela, and Craig Crawley and wife Kathi; brother-in-law, Louie Rivera and husband Larry Barrett; sister-in-law, Emma Rey; 5 grandchildren Gregory Hollo, Jr., Joseph Hollo, Peyton (Sean) Wulf, Teagan Pruce and Nate Safir; 2 great grandchildren, Archer Wulf and Violet Safir; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and close friends.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, August 28, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
at the Buklad-Merlino Memorial Home, 2141 South Broad Street, Hamilton,
with Funeral services beginning at 11:00 a.m.
Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
