Brian K. Blanchard, 57, of Mercerville, passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2020, at CHS Hopewell Campus.
Born in Trenton, he was a lifelong Hamilton Township area resident.
Brian graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He worked for many years at Tetra Tech as the Lead Office Engineer in Langhorne, PA, and Groundwater Technology, Incorporated as a Project Engineer in Hamilton, NJ. He also worked for the past eight years as a Senior Project Engineer at Watermark Environmental, Incorporated located in Fort Washington, PA. in his spare time, Brian enjoyed rooting for the Philadelphia Flyers and Dallas Cowboys. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and liked playing darts. He also enjoyed cooking and baking. Most of all Brian was a devoted family man who was always there for his daughter. He will be greatly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Son of the late Lloyd and Alice Lake Blanchard, brother of the late Gary L. Blanchard, he is survived by his wife of 22 years Donna McKeever Blanchard; his daughter Alicyn Blanchard; two sisters, Debra Sylvestro and her husband Mark, and Denise Blanchard; many nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Relatives and friends may attend a visitation on Saturday morning, February 8, 2020, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Yardville Memorial Home, 30 Yardville-Allentown Road in Yardville. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. at the Yardville memorial home with local clergy officiating. Burial will follow in Groveville Cemetery.

I just learned of Brian's passing and am very sorry for your loss. I enjoyed working with him for many years on the DSCP project in Philadelphia. He was a good project manager and a pleasure to work with and I'd always hoped to be able to work with him again. - Todd Kincaid, Reno NV
