Arlene Ludwiczak, 85, of Hamilton, NJ, passed into the Lord’s care peacefully at home Sunday morning, July 2, 2023 surrounded by her loving family.
Born and raised in Trenton, NJ, Arlene attended Holy Cross School and later Cathedral High School. After graduation, she attended Rider College where she received her degree. She pursued a career at RCA David Sarnoff Labs in Princeton, NJ, and continued her employment after their merger with General Electric, retiring with almost 40 years of service. Arlene travelled around the world, keeping detailed photo albums of her travels that serve as documentation of a life well lived. Her spirit towards life, even in the face of illness and hardship, was admired by all who knew her. She will be sorely missed.
She is predeceased by her parents, Raymond and Josephine (Kuzniacki) Ludwiczak; sisters, Lorraine Zsolway and Doris Mitrosky; brother-in-law, Ernest Mitrosky; and nephew, Gregory Mitrosky. She is survived by her brother-in-law, Rudolph V. Zsolway; nephew and caregivers, Rudolph R. Zsolway (Kathleen); niece, Lori Balbach (Brooke); great nephews, Kyle and Ryan Balbach; and great nieces, Mary Zsolway (caregiver) and Sera Mitrosky.
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, July 7, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Church, 218 Adeline Street, Trenton, NJ 08611.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, from 8:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Memorial Home, 2141 South Broad Street, Hamilton.
Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hamilton.
