Alice C. Fortuna, 92, of Yardville, passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at St. Francis Medical Center.
Born and raised in Bedford, Massachusetts, Alice married her husband Anthony in 1947. They moved to New Jersey in 1957, residing in Edison, until moving to Yardville for the past 20 years. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Wife of the late Anthony Fortuna, she is survived by her three children, Christina Fortuna of California, Pat Stromko and her husband Wayne of Yardville, and Richard Fortuna of Albuquerque; her two sisters, Rose and Georgianna, her sister-in-law Muriel, four grandchildren, Jessie Fortuna, Caitlyn Stromko, Vaughn Fortuna, and Cassondra Fortuna; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.
Relatives and friends may attend a visitation on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Buklad-Merlino Yardville Memorial Home, 30 Yardville-Allentown Road in Yardville. A catholic prayer service will be held 11 a.m. at the Yardville memorial home with local clergy officiating. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Metuchen, NJ.
